How to Consign Your Items

Consignment Information

We accept furniture, home décor', women's and men's clothes, shoes, and accessories in gently used to mint condition. Items should be in current color and style to maximize our ability to sell them for you. Upholstered furniture should be clean, free of pet hair, no rips, no stains, no smoke odors, or any other damage. Prices for your furniture and other items are determined by age, condition, brand, style, and current demand. The consignment period is for ninety (90) days, you will receive fifty (50%) of the final selling price. All items are subject to a price reduction. The collective goal is to sell the furniture at a fair value for both the consignor and the buyer.

SEND PICTURES!

We would like to see pictures of your furniture pieces with a brief description before accepting them. Once the item(s) is approved it may be brought to the store. Smaller items can be brought directly to the store or if you prefer you can send a photo. No Appointments Needed (for small items or pre-approved large items) When your furniture is approved: You can bring the items yourself (for large items please bring assistance), Choose your own movers, Or we can refer you to several we have used in the past.
